Requirements?
→ Higher education
→ Minimum 1-year experience as an account manager/customer service manager
→ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
→ Familiarity with social networks: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Telegram
→ Basic knowledge of contracts and accounting documents
→ Proficiency in Russian and Kazakh languages
→ Clear oral and written communication skills
→ Proactivity, discipline, eagerness to learn, and a desire to grow within the company

Responsibilities?
→ Client communication (maintaining communication, full support within the campaign framework, and request processing)
→ Provision of company services
→ Customer orientation
→ Sales promotion (including proactive approaches)
→ Project workflow management
→ Managing the customer loyalty program
→ Interdepartmental collaboration within the company

Conditions?
→ Full-time, 5/2, from 10:00 to 19:00
→ Employment according to the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
→ Timely wage payments
